I'm Up Earlier Than Usual Only To Go Out To Cypress To Shop With An Old Friend Before Work. It's Halloween Weekend & I Have No Idea What I'ma Do. Missed Opportunity.

I Had A Job Interview This Month To Be A Beauty Adviser For Lancome Skincare & Cosmetics. I Was Super Excited About It All Because This Could Open So Many Doors & Possibly Expand My Knowledge On Make-Up & Skincare. Ultimately I Wanted To Get As Much Experience To Be Able To Work For MAC In The Future & Not Feel Like A Newbie. Too Bad I Wasn't Hired.

There Is No Doubt That Love Came When I Least Expected It. Although We Moved Pretty Fast In The Relationship, I Feel The Most Comfortable When I'm With Him. I Think It Is The Way He Patiently Explains Everything To Me & His Honesty. I'm Glad He Came Into My Life.

Life After Beauty School.

Smiles & Creativity Is Something I Haven't Been Lacking. I Feel All I Need Is More Practice & Continuing Education On Hair Techniques, Color, & Cuts. I Need To Be Trained Oh So Badly. I Just Don't Think I'd Have The Patience To Do The Long Term, Sign A Contract With A Salon Where I Must Bring Models & Drive So Many Miles. Ugh, That Is Why I Have Postponed That & Also Reaching Out To Obtain My Cosmetology License Until Later. Meanwhile, I'd Like To Do Pursue Make-Up! My True Passion.

My Acne Scar.

This Is What The Scar On My Left Cheek Along My Jaw Looks Like & It's Been This Way For Almost A Month. I've Been Treating It With Bio-Oil, Weekly Exfoliation, Mint Julep Mask, & The Usual, Ponds Clarant B3 Moisturizer.


How This Happened..

About A Month Ago I Had A Small Itchy Blemish & I Decided To Pack Concealer On It, Then As The Day Went On It Started To Itch So I Scratched So Hard I Cut It Off With My Nails. It Then Bled & Dried Into A Scab. Then To Make Matters Worse I Peeled It Off Too Soon, Ugh. It Looked Rough & Flaky So I Thought It Might Be Ready. So Now I Have This Super Light Scar That Is Taking It's Sweet Time To Go Back To Normal. I'm Really Hoping This Will Eventually Completely Fade.
